You can then quickly see where there are problems on the Navman’s screen. What’s more, your Navman will prompt you to revise your route – or even re-route you automatically to take you on the best alternative route to your destination making this piece of equipment essential for your daily drive.
The Traffic Message Channel (TMC) broadcasts real-time traffic and weather information via the FM Radio Data System (RDS). FM radio stations transmit traffic information updates on a regular cycle, particularly around rush hours, with up to hundreds of events broadcasted to TMC receivers. Your T1 will decode these events and send them to your Navman, which will then display the various events and give you options on how to avoid traffic congestion. The channel used in the UK is 'Classic FM'. The T1 works in the following countries: UK France Germany Italy
